Your case information.

The review form collects your contact details, vehicle and loss information, and any documents you choose to upload. SoFIAA uses this information to assess your request and contact you about your case.

AI assistant

If you choose to use Sofia, our AI assistant, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies and extract intake details. We do not send uploaded documents to the AI. We request that responses are not stored as conversations; provider security retention policies may still apply. You may use the form without chat. Review extracted details before submitting your request.

Documents and access

Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket. Access is restricted to authorized appraiser accounts and service administrators. A temporary file link can grant access to whoever receives that link until it expires.

What to include

Provide documents relevant to your vehicle and claim. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or unrelated personal records. You do not need to enter payment details for a preliminary review.
